Joseph "Joe" Angarella, Ph.D.
Technical Consultant
Dr. Angarella is a consulting psychologist specializing in the design and delivery of online instructional systems. He earned his Ph.D. in educational psychology with an emphasis on distance learning from Walden University. His responsibilities include systems analysis and design, technology management, and e-learning consultation. As a learning and behavioral change specialist, Dr. Angarella helps to insure that all of our clients get the maximum benefit from their online course experience.
