Our founder, Carlos Todd, LPC, has more than a decade of experience working in the mental health field and was featured in the June, 2008 edition of Real Simple. He is a sought after expert on anger and conflict management, yet he still shares his expertise freely through his personal blog, Anger On My Mind, which is fast becoming the most viewed anger management and conflict coaching blog on the internet (click here to visit). All staff at Conflict Coaching and Consulting are licensed counselors.

Adminstrative Support
Cori is our administrative assistant. She handles marketing, administrative support, scheduling, website support, and event management. Clients may never have contact with this amazing person; however, it is her support that keeps Conflict Coaching & Consulting serving our clients at the highest level.
Delores Hamilton-Butler, LPC
Delores Hamilton-Butler is a certified anger management facilitator and an executive coach. She holds a Master of Arts degree from Bowling Green State University, Ohio and is a licensed professional counselor, National Certified Counselor (NBCC), and a certified substance-abuse counselor. Delores' expertise and experience is an asset to Conflict Coaching and Consulting, PLLC.
Allison Crotty, LCSW
Allison is a licensed clinical social worker. She earned her graduate degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has over 20 years experience working with adults, adolescents, couples, and families in a variety of settings. Allison brings special experience in couples conflict management.
Markita Ford, LPC, CFMHE
Ms. Ford has 17 years of combined Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse experience. Ms. Ford has outstanding clinical skills, experience and knowledge. She is a licensed clinician and a certified forensic specialist. She has provided consultative services to various providers ranging from Level III Residential Care to Specialized Medical Care. Ms. Ford is an approved trainer. Her passion and commitment to the work make her a dynamic clinician. Markita's experience as a trainer is an asset to our online classes.
John Bellis, LCSW
John is Licensed Clinical Social Worker. He received his Masters of Social Work from the University of Maryland in 1996. John has worked with children and adolescents and their families for over a decade. He demonstrates empathy and practicality with clients and families. John focuses on childhood trauma, attachment difficulties, anxiety, and depression. He seeks to educate clients and families to have a greater self-awareness. These skills are critical in developing empathy which is a large component of our training program.
